Exchange Policy
We understand that choosing the perfect color from a screen can be tricky. For this reason, OmniaCare is pleased to offer exchanges for hair extensions within 45 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Due to hygiene standards, we only accept exchanges for products in their original, untampered packaging.

Can I Exchange My Order?
Yes, an exchange is possible. This means returns are accepted only if the original band on the donor ponytail has not been removed or tampered with. The return period is within 45 days of the purchase date. Exchanges are permitted only within the same product range. Requests to switch to a different product line will be processed as returns.

Why Can’t untied bulk Hair Be Exchanged?
OmniaCare takes hygiene and customer safety seriously. Hair extensions are classified as a hygienic product; thus, once untied with, they cannot be resold. This policy aligns with industry standards and ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our clients.

How to Exchange for the Correct Color
Please contact us at omniahairextensions@gmail.com within the 45-day exchange period to initiate the process. Hair extensions must be returned unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging along with a copy of your invoice. We will provide you with the necessary return address and further instructions. Items sent without prior communication or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be processed.

Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the replacement hair extensions, provided they meet our exchange criteria. The security seal must remain intact for an exchange to be valid.

Return Policy for Hair Care Items
If you are not completely satisfied with any OmniaCare hair care products, we offer full refunds for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To process a hair care return, please contact us at omniahairextensions@gmail.com for assistance. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt, and refunds are issued within 3-5 business days following approval.

Return or Exchange Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part.
